I love College Park
What is not to love about the small town feel in this section of Orlando?
We have our own little down town.
We have easy access to the I-4 on one side of College Park and OBT on the other.
Two highly rated public elementary schools. And a newly expanded Edgewater High School.
Plenty of nice restaurants.
Great boutiques.
The best little Publix in the world.
And great neighbors.
And now we have the Realty Services of Greg Vazzana with Coldwell Banker Winter Park.
Who wouldn't want to live here?
